TRAMA :
Kaitlin è molto emozionata , infatti è arrivato il suo 15° compleanno e non vede l'ora di poterlo festeggiare insieme alla sua famiglia.Per seth & summer invece , si avvicina il colloquio con il responsabile della brown , i due sono molto preoccupati e decisi a fare bella figura .Seth ha dei ripensamenti riguardo alla brown , è molto incerto se lasciare new port o meno , perchè prima che ryan arrivasse a new port tutto andava storto ma dopo il suo arrivo tutto è cambiato e non vorrebbe cambiare stile di vita.Kaitlin consiglia a seth di fumare qualcosa per superare l'angoscia per il colloquio, in un primo momento Seth rifiuta ma poi accetta il consiglio di Kaitlin e fuma della marijuana .Julie viene invitata del signor roberts per una cena dimenticandosi del compleanno di kaitlin . Il dottor roberts per riparre invita Julie ad usare casa sua per festeggiare il 15° compleanno di kaitlin , Julie accetta. Julie ne parla con kaitlin , l'idea le piace . Julie chiede a Marissa di aiutarla con la festa in modo da riconquistare sua figlia.Seth intanto continua a fumare erba , ma Ryan arriva in tempo per portarlo al colloquio .Durante la festa kaitlin rimane sempre attaccata a jhonny , la ragazza lo porta in camera sue lo bacia. Kaitlin provoca Marissa e così le due litigano ; Kitlin e Jonny se ne vanno dalla festa. Dopo il fallimento del party neil consiglia a Julie di interrompere la loro relazione nascente per dare modo alla donna di sistemare prima i problemi della sua famiglia.
